Job Title: Collection Operations Supervisor

We have an exciting opportunity for a Collection Operations Supervisor to join our team

This role is ideal for someone who has experience in leading high-performing teams and driving business growth through effective process improvements.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of 20 call center operators, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure they meet their performance targets.

You will also be responsible for driving collection efficiency by improving key performance indicators such as RPC%, PTP%, and kept rates.

This involves conducting regular analysis and reporting on team performance, identifying areas for improvement, and developing strategies to address any issues that arise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • • Lead and motivate a team of 20 call center operators.

  • • Drive collection efficiency by improving RPC%, PTP%, and kept rates.

  • • Conduct regular coaching, performance reviews, and shift meetings.

  • • Manage roster, shrinkage, and performance improvement plans.


Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • • 46 years of experience in tele-collections or customer service operations.

  • • Strong analytical and reporting skills with proficiency in call metrics.

  • • Experience in attrition control and call center team supervision.

  • • Knowledge of dialer systems and contact center operations preferred.
