Business Development Executive

At ADVENXA, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth targets
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality services to clients
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to effectively communicate the value proposition of our services

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the BFSI industry, preferably in business development or financial planning roles
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients effectively and stakeholders
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
  • Excellent networking abilities to establish and maintain relationships with potential clients and partners
  • Knowledge of financial products and services, including investment options, insurance, and retirement planning
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools for client management and reporting
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality service and exceeding client expectations
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions and business priorities
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development in financial planning and business development
