Business Development Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to join our team at ADVENXA. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our client base through effective lead generation and relationship-building strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, establish relationships with potential clients, and develop strategies to convert leads into sales.
- Business Development: Collaborate with our financial planning team to develop and implement business growth strategies, expand our client base, and increase revenue.
- Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, provide exceptional customer service, and ensure timely delivery of services and solutions.
- Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, developments, and competitor activity to effectively communicate the value proposition of our services.
- Marketing Support: Contribute to the development of marketing strategies and materials to support business development efforts, participate in regular meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the BFSI industry, preferably in business development or financial planning roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients effectively and stakeholders.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Excellent networking abilities to establish and maintain relationships with potential clients and partners.
- Knowledge of financial products and services, including investment options, insurance, and retirement planning.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools for client management and reporting.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality service and exceeding client expectations.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions and business priorities.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development in financial planning and business development.
