Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager Salsforce with a Leading NBFC to lead our IT initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing cross-functional business teams and stakeholders to drive successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement business requirement documents (BRDs) and software requirement specifications (SRSs) for all IT projects.
  • Manage the design and architecture of Salesforce applications to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
  • Collaborate with testing teams and business stakeholders to ensure successful UAT testing and deployment.
  • Lead change management processes to ensure effective adoption of new applications and systems.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in IT project management, preferably in Salesforce.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
