Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced email system administrator to join our team. This is a key role that requires strong technical expertise and excellent communication skills.

  • L2 engineer with experience in installation, maintenance tasks, upgrade & configuration tasks.
  • Good knowledge on Linux and ability to coordinate with OEMs.
  • Responsibility for maintaining data centre VMware environment.
  • Basic knowledge on Enterprise Search and Archiving.

This is a full-time position working Monday to Saturday from 9 am to 6 pm. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-4 years of relevant experience and a strong skillset in Linux RHEL, email systems, hardware maintenance, basic VMware and Enterprise Search and Archiving.

About the Role:

  • Maintain and support email infrastructure.
  • Perform installation, upgrades, and configuration tasks for email systems.
  • Coordinate with OEMs for technical assistance and support.
  • Ensure high availability of email services.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of email administration and Linux operating systems.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
