Job Title: Senior Executive - Business Development

Position Overview:

This senior executive role will be responsible for managing and developing strategic sales plans to penetrate assigned outsourcing sectors in the UK of IMS nHance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Analysis and Research: Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities and trends. Analyze industry and market conditions to develop a deep understanding of the competitive landscape.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve growth objectives. Identify new markets, customer segments, and product/service offerings.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients. Identify and engage with potential clients to generate new business.
  • Sales and Revenue Generation: Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals. Develop and implement sales strategies to acquire new customers and expand business with existing ones.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Negotiation and Contract Management: Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients. Ensure that contracts are in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Networking: Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to build relationships and identify business opportunities. Represent the company at various forums to enhance its visibility and reputation.
  • Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with other departments, such as marketing, product development, and operations, to align business development strategies with overall company objectives.
  • Feedback and Market Intelligence: Gather and provide feedback from clients and the market to inform product/service improvements and innovations. Stay updated on industry trends and competitive developments.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular reports on business development activities, achievements, and challenges. Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of business development strategies.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and challenges in business development initiatives and develop mitigation plans.
