Electrical and Instrumentation Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical and Instrumentation professional to lead maintenance activities for electrical, electronics, and instrumentation systems across our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership and Supervision: Lead and supervise maintenance teams to ensure efficient execution of tasks and high-quality results.
  • Technical Expertise: Should have in-depth knowledge on maintaining machine panels, drive systems, SCADA, and other automation systems to guarantee maximum uptime and efficiency of plant operations.
  • Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in machine panels, drive systems, SCADA, PLCs, and automation controls.
  • Maintenance Scheduling: Plan and implement preventive and predictive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and optimize equipment availability.
  • Availability and Efficiency: Ensure minimal breakdowns and maximum availability of machines and equipment by implementing effective maintenance strategies.
  • Coordination and Communication: Coordinate with production and other departments to facilitate smooth plant operations and achieve business objectives.
  • Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance activities, breakdown analysis, and equipment history to inform future maintenance decisions.
  • Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with safety and statutory requirements in all electrical & instrumentation works to safeguard personnel and assets.
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives in maintenance processes and systems to enhance overall performance and efficiency.
  • Training and Development: Train and develop maintenance team members on new technologies and best practices to upskill the team and improve productivity.

Requirements:

  • 5-7 years of experience in electrical and instrumentation engineering.
  • B.Tech / B.E. in Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation Engineering.
  • Strong technical knowledge of industrial electrical systems, instrumentation, and control systems.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and team management abilities.
