Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Proposal Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical and control systems, with experience in estimating DCS, PLC, RTU, SCADA, HMI, MCC, PCC, VFD, APFC, and other control panels.

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing detailed technical offers, system architectures, BOMs, heat loads, and power calculations for control panels. They will also need to evaluate customer requirements and produce technical responses to RFQs from current and potential customers.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Basic electrical and control knowledge with experience in estimation of DCS, PLC, RTU, SCADA, HMI, MCC, PCC, VFD, APFC & other control panels.
  • Ability to read electrical drawings and do switchgear selection according to motor load list.
  • Knowledge of current load calculation, bus bar selection, Basic knowledge of AutoCAD, Preparation of GA in Excel.
  • Able to prepare detailed Technical offer, System architecture, BOM, Heat load and power calculation for control panel to submit along with the proposal.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Team player with good relationship management skills.
