Electrical Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical/Electronic Engineer to assist in delivering efficient engineering solutions and contribute to the development of the Indian semiconductor ecosystem.

Job Description

The selected candidate will be responsible for evaluating electrical products and systems by designing testing methods. Additionally, they will work on obsolescence activities, qualifying replacements, and performing testing to qualify and release in the system with documentation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate electrical products and systems by designing testing methods.
  • Work on obsolescence activities, qualifying replacements, and performing testing to qualify and release in the system with documentation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and qualify engineering solutions.
  • Rapidly generate design concepts that develop into detailed drawings for manufacture.
  • Participate in design reviews to present designs throughout the design and development phases.
Required Qualifications and Skills

To be successful in this role, the candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree in electrical/electronics with 3-5 years of experience or a Master's degree preferred with 1 year of experience. Additionally, they should be comfortable working with US-based timings.

Mandatory Technical Skills

The selected candidate should have a good understanding of electronics components, schematics/system interconnect, and be able to select and recommend components based on application and circuit requirements.

Desirable Skills

A strong background in part lifecycle management and change orders using PLM systems, working knowledge of electronic components obsolescence, understanding of PCBs and components, hands-on experience with bench-level and system-level testing of electronics components, and experience with AUTOCAD/Zuken/PCAD software would be beneficial.
