Job Description:

Genpact is looking for a skilled Technical Associate to join their team. As a Technical Associate, you will be responsible for handling technical issues and providing support to clients.

  • Handle technical issues reported through various ticketing tools within agreed service level agreements (SLAs)
  • Responsible for executive leadership and board members IT support
  • Advanced understanding of technology hardware, including desktop computers, laptops, tablets, printers, projectors, and scanners
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need the following skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Strong domain knowledge and technical orientation
  • Knowledge of operating systems, mobile device management, and office software
