Key Role in AI-Driven Transformation

Job Description:

As a key member of our team, you will conduct and drive requirements gathering and design sessions with multiple stakeholders. You'll own the business process design and solution for a set of projects, developing a clear understanding of the customers' current processes and delivering documented To-be solution documents and future processes. You'll identify solution gaps and develop appropriate gap closure options, presenting and discussing current processes, future state processes, and solution options with stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct as-is and To-Be design sessions
  • Own the Business process design and solution for a set of projects
  • Develop a clear knowledge about the customers' current process and deliver the documented To-be solution documents and future processes
  • Identify solution gaps and develop appropriate gap closure options
  • Present and discuss the current processes, future state processes and solution options, recommendations, and implications/risks
Qualifications:
  • Minimum Qualifications: BE/B Tech/MCA/BCA, Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Preferred Qualifications: High experience in F&A domain, Knowledge of High Radius tool, Minimum experience as a Solution Architect/Business Architect/AR Analyst/AR Manager or equivalent role demonstrating management and leadership experience
