About the Role

This is a fantastic chance for someone who wants to develop their skills in financial reporting, analysis, and problem-solving. As a Management Trainee, you will be responsible for:

  • Closing activities, including reporting, consolidations, and production of quarterly, annual, and audited statutory financial statements
  • Review and posting of month-end journal entries
  • Performing month-end close activities
  • Preparation and review of balance sheet accounts reconciliations
  • Handling quarterly intercompany process and resolution of balancing items
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum qualifications: B.Com Graduate, excellent reconciliation, accounting, and reporting experience
  • Preferred qualifications: CA Inter degree, significant experience in General Ledger, good interpersonal skills, SME knowledge of accounting concepts
