The Mission is to build a passionate community that's driven by fashion culture and creativity. As Community Lead, you'll be responsible for designing experiences, launching initiatives, listening to the community and scaling a movement.

  • Ignite Passion: Turn first-time buyers into lifelong enthusiasts and fans into advocates
  • Design Experiences: Build rituals events and digital playgrounds that make people proud to be part of this movement
  • Create Belonging: Launch challenges ambassador programs and initiatives that make our community feel exclusive
  • Listen & Shape: Be the voice of the community inside the company, shaping product culture and storytelling
  • Scale a Movement: Build systems and playbooks that take our community from hundreds to millions without losing its magic

Who You Are:

  • You create movements not just manage communities
  • You understand the GenZ culture because you're part of it
  • You're an idea machine and a doer who can dream big but also get things done quickly and efficiently
  • Storytelling is your superpower – you can spark pride belonging and obsession through words and experiences
  • You've built communities led brand activations or created movements before (bonus) but above all you're hungry to create something iconic
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in working with communities or creators would be ideal
