Key Responsibilities:
We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Project Administrator. In this role, you'll be responsible for:
- Reviewing material demand from engineers and coordinating with the master data/ETO team to ensure parts are active in the system.
- Generating purchase requisitions and executing processes in compliance with established SOPs and guidelines.
- Providing administrative support for assigned teams and functions globally, including gathering and summarizing enabling data to execute assigned tasks.
- Coordinating with suppliers to obtain ROHS certificates and working with engineers/project teams to create purchase requisitions for material fulfillment.
- Providing administrative support on activities related to customer orders, including procurement of goods and services from specified suppliers.
- Working with regional and domestic stakeholders to ensure compliance and smooth processing of activities/processes assigned.
- Extracting data from business systems and publishing necessary reports required by regional stakeholders.
- Contributing to root cause analysis for any deviations highlighted by regional stakeholders and responding to audit processes as needed.
Leadership and Interpersonal Skills:
We're looking for a self-motivated and flexible individual who can manage difficult situations in a professional and commercial manner. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for:
- Acting as a point of contact for acknowledging and addressing internal customer queries related to tasks assigned.
- Participating in and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and reporting/documenting enhancements to improve productivity.
- Working closely with stakeholders to optimize processes, identify process improvement opportunities, and areas for continuous improvement.
- Effectively interfacing with internal and external stakeholders, providing succinct information on time and as requested.
