Project Manager Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to oversee multiple projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and maintaining exceptional quality standards.

About the Role:

This is a key leadership position that involves managing projects across various disciplines. As a successful candidate, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project execution, from planning and coordination to site inspections and monitoring.

  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management or a related field, with experience in leading cross-functional teams and ensuring project milestones are met.
  • You will work closely with designers and clients to ensure effective communication and project deliverables meet expectations.
  • A major responsibility of this role will be to develop and maintain detailed project schedules, including task dependencies and deadlines.
  • You will also be expected to provide technical guidance to Site Supervisors (Project Executives) and maintain strong relationships with vendors and stakeholders.
  • In addition to your technical skills, you should possess excellent problem-solving abilities, organizational skills, and strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with team members, clients, and vendors.
  • A strong sense of ownership and eagerness to learn are essential qualities for success in this role.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A graduate degree in Management/Construction Management from a reputable institution.
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in project management or a related field, preferably in the interior design and build industry.
  • Hands-on experience in site execution, particularly in home renovation projects.
  • Ability to assess design feasibility and visualize on-site conditions.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
