Job Title: Interior Project Coordinator

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and communicative professional to serve as our Interior Project Coordinator.

  • This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent client communication, and a deep understanding of project processes in the interior execution field.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and reviewing quotes, BOQs, and costs for projects.
  • They will track and monitor design changes, update documentation accordingly, and coordinate with clients for approvals, progress updates, and clarifications.
  • The ideal candidate will also organize and maintain all project-related files and documentation, act as the single point of contact for major clients, and ensure smooth communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Additionally, they will coordinate with vendors and suppliers for settlements post-project completion, conduct cost analysis for all projects, and assist in final billing and closure of project accounts.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is required, and experience in interior execution, project coordination, or related fields is highly valued.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including fluency in English.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail.
  • Relevant experience in interior execution, project coordination, or related fields.
  • Strong understanding of AutoCAD drawings, site measurements, and BOQs.
  • Bachelor's degree/diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Project Management preferred.
