Job Title: Project Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced project manager to oversee the delivery of our corporate interior fit-out projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing an effective project management framework, managing multiple projects from design to client handover, and coordinating with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a suitable project management framework for corporate interior fit-out projects.
  • Manage project budgets, including risk allowance, and monitor changes/variations.
  • Ensure projects are completed within schedules while meeting client needs and business objectives.

Additional responsibilities include managing project teams effectively, coordinating teamwork between stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication with clients, supporting in negotiations with vendors, and establishing formal reporting arrangements on project progress.

Requirements:
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in building construction industry as a project management professional.
  • Relevant experience in managing multiple corporate/workplace interior fit-out projects.
  • Degree in Architecture/Civil or Mechanical Engineering/Construction management or related discipline.
  • Knowledge of individual trades and subcontractors relevant to interior fit-outs.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment without compromising on quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
