  • Strong command of core visual design principles
  • Advanced expertise in Figma
  • Proven experience in building, scaling, and maintaining component-based design systems

  • Strong ability to quickly translate briefs into polished, production-ready UI
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Motion design experience
  • Micro interactions or animation experience
  • Understanding of accessibility and WCAG guidelines
  • Agile squads and rapid prototyping experience
