As a senior software engineer, you will lead our software development team in designing and implementing enterprise-grade solutions using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.

The role requires strong technical leadership skills, with hands-on experience in Java, J2EE, Spring Boot, and RESTful API development. You should be familiar with Spring Cloud and Spring Integration, as well as messaging systems like JMS, Kafka, or Kinesis.

To succeed in this position, you will need to have a strong background in software development, with the ability to lead teams and interact with stakeholders directly. You should also be able to develop and maintain RESTful APIs, integrate with internal and third-party systems, and ensure the scalability, performance, and security of applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Designing and developing enterprise-grade solutions using Java and Spring Boot
  • Leading and mentoring a team of developers in delivering high-quality code and best practices
  • Providing hands-on technical leadership by actively participating in coding, code reviews, and troubleshooting
  • Interacting with clients to gather requirements, propose solutions, and ensure alignment with business needs
  • Developing and maintaining RESTful APIs and integrating with internal and third-party systems
  • Ensuring the scalability, performance, and security of applications

Requirements:

  • Strong experience in Java, J2EE, Spring Boot, and RESTful API development
  • Familiarity with Spring Cloud and Spring Integration
  • Experience with messaging systems like JMS, Kafka, or Kinesis
  • Proven ability to lead teams and interact with stakeholders directly
  • Hands-on experience with Hibernate and Microservices
