Key Software Development Position
Thomson Reuters is seeking a passionate and enthusiastic software development manager to be part of our highly dynamic engineering team. This role involves leading large-scale, complex software development and modernization projects of a strategic nature.

Responsibilities include leadership of 2-3 scrum teams consisting of up to 30 staff, working collaboratively with product management teams to define client-facing requirements and technical requirements to develop, execute, and maintain product roadmaps for GTM projects, and participating in client-facing focus groups, usability studies, and firm visits to help craft the product vision.

Requirements include 5 years of experience leading multiple Agile development teams responsible for developing enterprise-class applications, 10 years of experience in core software development for large enterprise-class applications, 3 years of experience in developing cloud-native applications, full-stack development skills, including C#, .NET Core, TypeScript, Angular, API, REST, GraphQL, Microservices, MVC, Database (SQL, NoSQL), experience designing applications iteratively with continuous collaboration between business and technology, strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills, good communication and collaboration skills, and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Software Engineering, or related technical field.
