Senior Database Administrator

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Database Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing database systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, implementation, and management of database systems using MS SQL 2016 and 2019.
  • Develop and implement always ON, MS SQL Cluster, log-shipping, backup and restore solutions.
  • Manage database-related issues through troubleshooting and analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines by implementing best practices.
  • Participate in internal and external regulatory IT audits and close audit findings related to cyber security.
  • Migrate, upgrade, and patch databases to ensure optimal performance.
  • Implement automation using scripting and adhere to ITIL processes.

Requirements:

  • Hold a degree in Computer Science or a related field (BE/B.Tech, BCA/MCA, BSc/MSc).
  • Possess banking and NBFC experience as a preference.
