We're seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to join our startup ecosystem team. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience while contributing to the execution of flagship initiatives.

The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong sense of ownership, keen curiosity to learn, and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities include:

  • Evaluating startup applications based on pitch decks and founder interviews
  • Scoring startups on key parameters such as problem-solution fit, innovation, market potential, scalability, and team strength
  • Creating detailed evaluation reports for each startup, highlighting strengths, gaps, and potential for acceleration
  • Supporting shortlisting process and providing structured input to selection committees for final cohort selection
  • Managing Accelerator cohorts, executing Pitchathons, and engaging with broader startup ecosystems
  • Coordinating mentor-startup matchmaking based on needs and expertise, scheduling mentoring calls, collecting feedback, and maintaining mentorship reports
  • Supporting planning and execution of key events like Pitchathons, Demo Days, founder roundtables, and workshops
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless event delivery
  • Engaging with startup ecosystem players, founders, alumni, and industry partners
  • Exploring and supporting partnership opportunities to enrich programs
  • Managing outreach efforts, social media postings, and other marketing collaterals
  • Assisting with administrative and logistical tasks related to broader education and innovation programs
  • Supporting internal scheduling, resource management, and cross-functional coordination
  • Acting as reliable point of contact for startup founders and external guests, addressing queries with professionalism

Education: Bachelor's degree in any discipline required.

Experience: Relevant experience of 2 years highly preferred.
