Sales Performance Optimization Specialist

As a Sales Operations Analytics Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth through data-driven insights.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales operations and analytics. Key responsibilities include:
- Building and maintaining dashboards, reports, and analytical models to monitor sales metrics, identify trends, and deliver actionable insights on merchant acquisition, retention, growth, and regional performance.
- Analyzing sales data, market trends, and workflows to identify opportunities for process enhancements, efficiency gains, and revenue growth.
- Supporting forecasting, capacity planning, and target setting by leveraging statistical models, historical data, and market intelligence for accurate projections.
- Partnering with data engineering and BI teams to ensure data accuracy, accessibility, and scalable solutions using SQL, Python, and visualization tools.
- Conducting deep-dive analysis to address specific business questions and provide timely data-driven insights for critical decisions.
