We are seeking a seasoned Help Desk Technician to join our dynamic team, offering an exciting chance to develop in your career with a forward-thinking organization.

You will be part of a highly approachable group of innovative IT experts who are passionate about delivering exceptional service. As we continue to expand our operations, we require Helpdesk Technicians/Engineers to support our growing team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to become an integral part of a rapidly growing in-house IT company, part of a larger enterprise group.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the wider business with reporting, including testing and maintenance of software and implementing IT systems and applications.
  • Administer and support various systems such as Windows Server and Linux O/S.
  • Ensure all tickets worked include problem description, solution, end-user details, initiation time, completion time, and end-user satisfaction.
  • Maintain systems and processes within IT.
  • Assist the Helpdesk function of the wider group.

Essential Skills:

  • Previous Helpdesk experience required.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication skills, and phone etiquette.
  • Enthusiasm for helping others.
  • Excellent English speaking skills.
  • Proficiency in Windows Server (all versions).
  • Microsoft Exchange knowledge.
  • Linux OS expertise.
  • Remote Support capabilities.
  • SQL experience desirable.
  • Strong understanding of Networks (DHCP, DNS, etc).
  • Fortinet experience advantageous but not necessary.
