Learning and Development Specialists

We are seeking experienced professionals to join our team of learning and development specialists. These individuals will work collaboratively with global stakeholders to design, deliver, and evaluate engaging learning experiences that meet the needs of diverse audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop interactive learning content using various tools and technologies.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to create instructional materials that meet business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of adult learning principles and emerging trends in the field of learning and development.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to colleagues on best practices in learning and development.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in learning and development or a related field.
  • Proven track record of designing and delivering effective learning experiences that meet business objectives.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Multilingual delivery capabilities (English + French/German).
  • Regulated sector experience.
  • Large-scale rollout experience.
