Workday Expert Role

A leading multinational IT services and consulting company is seeking a skilled Workday professional to join their team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for delivering expert-level Workday implementation and customization solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement Workday integrations using Workday Studio and EIB.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Migrate data from legacy systems to Workday using Workday Migration tools.
  • Configure and troubleshoot Workday security and access controls.
  • Develop custom reports using Workday Reports.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in Workday implementation and customization.
  • Excellent coding skills in Java or other relevant programming languages.
  • Strong understanding of business objects and relationships between PBO and RBO.
  • Experience with Workday Extend and other related tools.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with cloud-based applications and infrastructure.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.

Working Conditions:

  • This is a hybrid role, requiring occasional on-site work and regular remote collaboration.
