We are seeking a passionate junior business analyst to support digital transformation initiatives as part of our change and communication management team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate change management activities for multiple digital projects.

Requirements:

  • Familiarity with change management methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Kotter).
  • Strong writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to craft engaging narratives that resonate with diverse audiences.

The ideal candidate will possess strong project planning and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

The role requires excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data, identify trends, and make informed recommendations.

Candidates should be highly organized, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage competing deadlines, and maintain a high level of productivity in a fast-paced environment.

Advanced knowledge of project management tools and software is essential for this role, including but not limited to Asana, Trello, Jira, MS Project.
