Job Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Windows VMware Engineer located in Hyderabad. The role requires designing and implementing Windows server architecture solutions, developing software, managing integration processes, and overseeing architectural design projects.

Day-to-day tasks include creating and maintaining server infrastructures, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and managing project timelines to ensure successful delivery.

The ideal candidate will have experience in Windows Server administration (2016/2019/2022) and VMware administration.

A strong understanding of Active Directory, DNS/DHCP, and Group Policy is also required.

  • Designing and implementing Windows server architecture solutions
  • Developing software
  • Managing integration processes
  • Oversighting architectural design projects
Required Skills and Qualifications:

The following skills are required for the role:

  • 8+ years of Windows Server administration (2016/2019/2022)
  • VMware administration experience
  • Strong understanding of Active Directory, DNS/DHCP, and Group Policy
  • User Access Management (users/groups/roles)
  • Shell scripting (create and manage scripts)
  • Infrastructure Automation using Ansible / Terraform
  • Sound understanding of TCP/IP networking
Desired Skills:

The following skills are desirable for the role:

  • Server hardware experience: Cisco UCS, HPe Synergy, HPe DL360
  • Experience in cloud platforms: Azure / GCP
  • Exposure to Linux server administration
  • Familiarity with backup tools like Veeam, Cohesity
  • Experience with security tools: Qualys, CyberArk, SentinelOne
