The Role

We are seeking an exceptional Retail Design Concept Lead who lives and breathes design thinking, leads with vision, and is excited about redefining how people shop and connect with brands.

Your Responsibilities

  1. Create original retail design concepts that drive brand immersion and spatial storytelling.
  2. Develop mood boards, customer journeys, and schematic layouts that bring brands to life.
  3. Translate strategy into engaging, multi-sensory retail environments balancing aesthetics and functionality.
  4. Presentation of creative concepts clearly and persuasively to internal teams and clients.
  5. Mentor junior designers on design intent and creative execution.
  6. Collaborate with graphic, VM, and technical teams to ensure holistic delivery of the vision.
