Key Architect Position

We are seeking an experienced Architect to play a pivotal role in our retail design and execution team.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end project handling from concept development to successful delivery.
  • Collaborate closely with clients, consultants, and vendors to ensure projects meet scope, time, and quality standards.
  • Prepare detailed architectural drawings, presentations, and comprehensive design documentation.
  • Conduct site visits to guarantee design intent and quality standards are consistently met.
  • Bring innovative ideas and creativity to retail space planning and design.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution.
  • 0–3 years of relevant industry experience, preferably in retail projects.
  • Strong expertise in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Vray/Lumion, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with meticulous attention to detail.
  • A highly motivated professional with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
