We seek an experienced Junior Retail Designer responsible for creating visually appealing retail spaces, blending creativity with practicality.
Key responsibilities include:
- Designing brand stores and retail kiosks that reflect our brand identity and attract customers.
- Developing and executing designs for exhibition booths to showcase products and brand effectively.
- Creating engaging POS displays to enhance the retail customer experience.
- Overseeing POS display projects from concept to installation, managing timelines, budgets, and resources.
- Collaborating with marketing, sales, and product teams to align design projects with broader business objectives.
As a Junior Retail Designer, you will stay up-to-date with industry trends, materials, and technologies.
The ideal candidate will ensure all designs comply with brand standards, safety regulations, and local laws.
Strong relationships with vendors will be cultivated to ensure high-quality, timely production of POS materials.
Collaboration with retail partners will optimize display placement, boosting customer engagement and sales.
The successful candidate will monitor display performance using data and customer feedback, refining strategies to continuously improve customer experience and conversions.
