Job Title: Installation Engineer Flexible OCS

We are seeking a skilled professional to coordinate the installation of Flexible Overhead Contact Systems (OCS), Rigid OCS, and 25 KV Overhead Electrification systems. The role involves close collaboration with Project Managers, Site Managers, contractors, and customer representatives to ensure safe and efficient project execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with Project and Site Management teams to ensure proper communication and adherence to project instructions.
  • Ensure safe working conditions for all team members and contractor workers on-site, particularly during power and traffic block operations.
  • Oversee the loading and unloading of materials at the site, ensuring all required materials are available.
  • Responsible for overseeing installation activities, ensuring they are completed within budget, on time, and according to quality and safety standards.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Site Management for FOCS and ROCS work, particularly in metros or with Indian Railways.
  • Knowledge of OHE Layout Plan, Cross Section Details, Structure Erection Drawings, General Power Supply diagrams, and Sectioning and Wiring diagrams.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD for layout and technical drawings.
  • Fluent in English with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
  • Postgraduate degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • Expertise in MS Office Tools (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to adapt to dynamic situations and a mobile working environment.
About the Role:
