Job Overview

The primary objective of this role is to ensure the successful installation, testing and commissioning of projects.

  • Project Coordination and Management:
    • Supervise installation, testing and commissioning activities to ensure timely completion of projects.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential project risks.
  • Quality Assurance:
    • Verify that all work is completed to meet quality standards and specifications.
    • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental policies.
  • Team Leadership:
    • Lead and manage a team of professionals to deliver projects on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.
    • Mentor and develop team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Communication and Stakeholder Management:
    • Establish and maintain effective relationships with clients, stakeholders and colleagues.
    • Communicate project progress, issues and concerns to relevant stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  • Knowledge and Skills:
    • Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
    • Minimum 10-12 years of experience in project management and execution.
    • Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.
    • Strong technical knowledge of electrical installations, including switchgear, relays, SCADA and ELV systems.
    • Proficient in MS Office and AutoCAD software.
    • Excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.
