Job Overview
  • We are seeking an expert Installation Design Engineer to join our team, focusing on Mainline and Urban Signaling Installation Engineering activities for bid projects.
Key Responsibilities
  • Execute installation engineering tasks, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality documentation in line with established strategies.
  • Apply strict adherence to environmental, health, and safety policies, as well as local regulations and industry standards.
Collaboration and Communication
  • Work closely with project managers, site managers, installation supervisors, and team leaders to coordinate efforts and ensure seamless execution.
  • Provide technical support to field teams, reviewing and modifying design deliverables as needed.
Technical Expertise
  • Develop detailed specifications for installation materials and prepare Bills of Quantities.
  • Review civil interface drawings, identifying requirements for Sig equipment space allocation.
  • Collaborate with BIM coordinators and modelers on integrated engineering studies and deliverables.
Continuous Improvement
  • Contribute to defining best practices and knowledge sharing within the product line.
  • Participate in process improvement workgroups, driving updates and enhancements.
