Job Title: Senior Interior Designer

Description:

  • We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Interior Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio of luxury residential and hospitality project designs, with the ability to conceptualize and develop designs that meet client preferences, timelines, and budgets.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for creating detailed plans and drawings outlining interior design concepts, applying knowledge of engineering, math, science, and materials to create ideal finished products.
  • They will conduct site evaluations to ensure quality and adherence to safety standards, oversee and recommend throughout the construction process, and collaborate with teams to establish goals, schedules, and budgets.
  • A bachelor's or master's degree in interior design, architecture, or a related field is required, along with 10+ years of experience in architecture and interior design.
  • The ideal candidate will have strong organizational, creative, and presentation skills, proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit, experience with Photoshop and SketchUp, excellent communication and collaboration skills, and project management and team leadership experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create detailed plans and drawings outlining interior design concepts.
  • Apply knowledge of engineering, math, science, and materials to create ideal finished products.
  • Conduct site evaluations to ensure quality and adherence to safety standards.
  • Oversee and recommend throughout the construction process.
  • Collaborate with teams to establish goals, schedules, and budgets.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and preferences.
  • Develop concepts and designs for Residential and Hospitality projects that meet client expectations.
  • P present designs to clients through presentations, mood boards, and regular communication.
  • Seek client approval and acceptance of design concepts.
  • Define standard design formats and ensure implementation.
  • Work with other teams to optimize design and cost effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in architecture and interior design.
  • Ability to handle interior designing of healthcare projects.
  • Strong organizational, creative, and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit.
  • Experience with Photoshop and SketchUp.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Project management and team leadership experience.
