Interior Design Expert

Isprava is India's leading luxury home developer, renowned for creating residences that merge timeless design, global sensibility, and uncompromising execution quality.

The Interior Design Lead will be at the heart of this promise—responsible for ensuring that every design, detail, and finish meets the highest standards of quality, aesthetics, and functionality.

This role owns the end-to-end interior design process for Isprava's projects, working directly with top-tier consultants, internal design managers, and cross-functional teams.

No compromise on quality, aesthetics, and functionality at any stage of design or execution.

  • Strong liaison with best-in-class external interior design firms and oversight over a team of 3–5 internal design managers.
  • Regular site supervision to guarantee flawless finishes and snag-free delivery.

Lead the design development process with external consultants and internal managers.

Evaluate all design deliverables (drawings, BOQs, shop drawings, moodboards) against Isprava's luxury brand ethos.

Uphold the principle of zero compromise on design quality, aesthetic refinement, and functional integrity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage relationships with world-class interior design consultants, ensuring pace, accountability, and quality.
  • Resolve conflicts between aesthetics, timelines, and costs while protecting quality and design integrity.
Site Supervision & Execution Excellence:

Conduct meticulous snagging and quality checks to ensure flawless delivery.

Commercial Awareness & Value Engineering:

Balance creativity with commercial sensibility—optimizing designs for cost without diluting the luxury experience.

Qualifications & Experience:

~ Bachelor's/Master's degree in Interior Design or related field.

~10+ years of experience in luxury residential or hospitality interiors.

~ Strong portfolio showcasing luxury projects with uncompromising detail and finish.

Exceptional aesthetic sensibility, with a strong eye for luxury detail.

Commercial acumen to ensure viability without compromise on quality.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Meticulous, detail-driven, and uncompromising on quality and functionality.

Creative yet pragmatic, with the ability to balance vision and reality.

High adaptability in a fast-paced, multi-project environment.
