Immerse Learn is a leading provider of immersive training solutions using Virtual Reality (VR) for skilled trades and healthcare.
We are seeking a Customer Partnership Specialist to support our growing student base in the U.S.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct demo calls with prospective students for certification programs.
- Build trust and provide guidance on program details, enrollment process, and next steps.
- Answer student inquiries and ensure a positive onboarding experience.
- Maintain ongoing communication with students to support engagement and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the sales and support team to meet enrollment targets.
- Prepare reports and provide feedback on student interactions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in customer relations, inside sales, or student support.
- Prior experience working with U.S.-based customers or in international markets is beneficial.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
- Confident, professional, and fluent in conducting virtual presentations.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to connect with students.
