Job Title: Process Development SpecialistThe Process Development Specialist plays a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient operation of our manufacturing processes. This individual contributor will be fully proficient in applying established quality standards, working independently and instructing/coaching other professionals as needed.Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze manufacturing data to drive process improvements and product capability assessments.
  • Develop and implement enhancements in existing process controls and opportunities for new or additional systems.
  • Prepare comprehensive engineering packages for FEED studies and HAZOP reviews.
  • Evaluate and ensure process documentation is complete, including process flow diagrams, PFDs, and process descriptions.
  • Lead and participate in formal process reviews and management of change procedures.
  • Collaborate with EHS and Quality staff to ensure manufacturing processes are safely designed, audited, and operated.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. They will also have excellent communication and technical skills, with the ability to develop and implement process improvements.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in process engineering or a related field.
  • A strong understanding of chemical engineering principles and processes.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
