Contract Management Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned contract management professional to oversee the entire contract lifecycle, from drafting and negotiation to recording and termination.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in managing end-to-end contract activities, ensuring timely completion of critical tasks and maintaining high-quality deliverables.

  • Drafting and Negotiation:
  • Develop and maintain contracts that align with business objectives and ensure favorable positions for clients.
  • Negotiate mid-complexity contracts, leveraging strong communication and interpersonal skills to drive successful outcomes.
  • Contract Lifecycle Management:
  • Oversee contract recording, renewal, and termination processes, ensuring seamless execution and minimal disruptions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement process improvements, enhancing overall contract management efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • LLB from a reputable institution.
  • 3-5 years of experience after qualification, preferably in-house corporate counsel exposure.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, with a proven track record of driving successful outcomes.
