Project Lead Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee the entire contract lifecycle. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing contracts from creation and negotiation through execution and renewal.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, negotiate, and review contracts with vendors, clients, and partners.
  • Create standardized contract templates and clauses for various business needs.
  • Maintain organized contract documentation and database systems.
  • Monitor contract deadlines, renewals, and compliance obligations.
  • Collaborate with legal, procurement, and business teams on contract terms.
  • Analyze contracts for risk assessment and mitigation strategies.
  • Resolve contract disputes and manage amendment processes.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, law, or related field.
  • 8-12 years of experience in contract administration or management.
  • Knowledge of contract law, commercial terms, and business practices.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Advanced degree or certification in contract management.
  • Experience with contract lifecycle management (CLM) systems.
  • Industry-specific knowledge (Datacenter, real estate, construction, technology, etc.).
