Job Summary:
The Benefits Administrator will be responsible for operational tasks associated with defined contribution plans. This includes maintaining payroll administration, participant and plan-level defined contribution activities, and special projects.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- • Review and compile documents to facilitate information searches.
- • Process EXP tasks for DC distributions, hardships, enrollments, and beneficiary designations within service level standards.
- • Manage data processing activities for various projects.
- • Ensure the accuracy and legitimacy of data through quality collation.
- • Process participants' records, payroll, data queries, and documents.
- • Coordinate with the fulfillment center for letters, documents, statements, and confirmation mails.
- • Provide support for special projects and other tasks as needed.
- • Perform annual DC compliance activities.
- • Coordinate with associates in their day-to-day activities.
- • Accurately bill time to ensure client billings are correct.
- • Ensure quality service to existing clients.
- • Identify process improvement ideas.
