Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to design, deploy and manage scalable cloud infrastructure on AWS.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud computing concepts and architectures, including IaaS, PaaS and SaaS. Proficiency in AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, IAM, Lambda, CloudFormation and CloudWatch is essential.

Responsibilities include designing and implementing backup, high-availability and disaster recovery solutions, developing and monitoring automation scripts and tools for provisioning and maintenance of cloud resources, and collaborating with DevOps and development teams to streamline CI/CD pipelines.

The selected candidate will provide technical guidance and support to junior cloud engineers and other team members, and stay up-to-date with the latest AWS services, features and best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in designing, implementing and managing AWS cloud solutions.
  • AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Professional certification is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and architectures.
  • Proficiency in AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, IAM, Lambda, CloudFormation and CloudWatch.
