Oracle JD Edwards Technical Specialist

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in JD Edwards Technical Modules including Report, Application, Business Function, NER, BSSV , UDO, Processing option, and Data Structure.

  • They will be responsible for application testing for all system changes and projects.
  • Additionally, they will provide knowledge transfer and support-related activities.
  • Second-level support will also be provided for resolving service requests and system defects.
  • Key involvement is expected in resolving high-severity user issues and system defects.
  • Review and approval of root cause analysis, workarounds, and support documentation will be required.
  • Guidance and expertise will be provided to Support analysts in resolving complex issues.
  • Interactions with business users throughout the lifecycle of the support call from initiation to closure are necessary.
  • Resolution of JDE level 2 Application Support calls logged through Help Desk is a critical function.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in JD Edwards Technical modules is required.
  • 4 years of experience in a related field is also necessary.
