Job Overview:

A Product Management Intern is responsible for contributing to the development of products under guidance. The role involves working on minor feature development, understanding user needs, and contributing to product strategy.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Ownership: Operate under guidance from a senior team member and own a part of the product.
    • Product Sense: Ask questions, understand users, develop user empathy, and contribute to product vision/strategy.
    • Data: Perform data analysis, learn relevant tools, set goals for features, and apply user segmentation in work.
    • Ways of Working: Work with cross-functional teams, use relevant tools and processes for timely delivery, understand and report KPIs as per standard practice.
    • Execution: Program manage feature execution from inception to release, participate in internal and external product marketing, communicate risks and blockers, and work within a small team.


Requirements:

To be successful, you should have:

  • 0-1 year of overall work experience and/or product experience.
  • Previous stint: Fresh out of college or professionals wanting to transition to product management.
  • Top 1% traits: Displays initiative, offers to help through the product process, especially testing.
