Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to manage our Data Science & Analytics hiring efforts. This role requires strong leadership abilities, effective communication skills, and a keen understanding of business objectives.

The ideal candidate will have at least 12 years of experience in Data Analytics hiring, with a proven track record of successfully recruiting top talent. They will also possess excellent problem-solving skills, be able to navigate ambiguous situations, and thrive in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

1. Talent Acquisition Strategy

Create and implement a comprehensive recruitment strategy to source high-quality candidates for Data Analytics positions.

2. Team Management

Lead and manage a team of Talent Acquisition professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure they meet their goals and objectives.

3. Process Improvement

Continuously evaluate and improve hiring practices to ensure accuracy, consistency, and efficiency.

4. Stakeholder Engagement

Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external partners to understand requirements and provide required insights.

5. Training and Development

Identify training needs within the team and develop appropriate training programs to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Skills and Qualifications:


• At least 12 years of experience in Data Analytics hiring.


• Strong leadership and management skills.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to work effectively in a global, multicultural environment.


• Proficiency in data analysis and finding trends.

Minimum Requirements:


• Bachelor's degree in information technology, data management, computer science, business analytics, or related field.

Reporting Structure:


• Position will report into Business Leadership / Senior Business Leadership Human Resources.
