Job Description

Create Studio seeks a skilled Visionary Architect and Project Lead to oversee projects from concept through to completion. The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of professional experience with proven project leadership and strong knowledge of construction, detailing, and material specifications.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead multidisciplinary teams in delivering innovative architectural solutions.
  • Mentor junior architects and provide guidance on architectural concepts and details.
  • Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Oversee site execution and quality control, ensuring client specifications are met.
  • Drive design research and innovation, contributing to studio growth through operational, marketing, and strategic inputs.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
  • Proven track record of successful project management.
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
  • Proficiency in design/documentation software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.).
  • A portfolio showcasing built work that reflects passion for design and excellence.
About the Role
