About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Celonis Process Mining Specialist to join our team at Nouryon. As a Celonis Process Mining Specialist, you will be responsible for driving the technical implementation and providing ongoing technical support of process mining solutions in Celonis.
Key Responsibilities:
* Work with Solution Architect and Global Process Owners to translate business requirements and use cases into technical and data requirements
* Identify all the source system tables and fields that need to be brought into Celonis
* Extract, transform, and load all source system data needed for each process implemented within Celonis
* Build the Celonis data model for each process
* Develop analyses to support the business with data-driven process insights and actions
* Collaborate with relevant business experts to validate the data within Celonis
* Monitor and optimize the performance of all data queries to ensure ideal response times
* Document all technical and data requirements and all extract, transform, load (ETL) work
* Provide ongoing support for any data-related issues
Requirements:
* A minimum of 3 years of experience in building Celonis process mining solutions
* Proficient with SQL, PQL, and preferable Python
* Extensive experience in ETL processes with multiple different source systems
* Strong experience with relational databases, data modeling, and data warehousing
* Extensive experience in building analysis and views in Celonis
* Experience in end-to-end building process mining solutions (from extraction to reporting)
* Solid understanding of the data structures of core enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, CRM)
* SAP functional knowledge in different modules, including FICO, MM, SD, etc.
* Ability to analyze, design, and implement process mining solutions, both from system perspective as organizational perspective
* Enjoy interacting with various business stakeholders to understand and interpret business processes
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and known for being a quick learner
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate with stakeholders with different culture backgrounds in different locations
* Successfully completed your studies in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Information-oriented Business Administration/Economics, Mathematics, or a comparable degree program
* Celonis certified preferred
