Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Reliability Engineering Expert to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the stability and scalability of our financial systems.

In this role, you will build automation scripts to streamline deployments, monitoring, and scaling processes. You will also implement comprehensive monitoring and logging to identify and resolve issues promptly.

As a key member of our team, you will work closely with software engineers, data engineers, and finance teams to ensure operational needs are met from development through production.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 5-7 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or Production Engineering
  • Strong experience with monitoring/observability tools (Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk)
  • Hands-on expertise with CI/CD pipelines, automation frameworks, and IaC tools (Terraform, Ansible, GitHub Actions)
  • Familiarity with Snowflake, dbt, and financial system integrations
  • Strong scripting/programming experience (Python, Bash, Go) for automation and tooling
