We are seeking an exceptional professional to fill the role of Site Reliability Engineer and contribute to the success of our organization.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that promote operational efficiency, service quality, and reliability. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement reliability improvements, conduct capacity planning, perform chaos engineering exercises, and lead architectural reviews for reliability.

This includes assisting in developing metrics and actionable plans to improve operational efficiency, enhance service quality/SLA, and optimize delivery. The successful candidate will also help define monitoring strategies with Engineering and implement appropriate capabilities.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategies to improve operational efficiency and reliability
  • Design and implement reliability improvements
  • Conduct capacity planning and perform chaos engineering exercises
  • Lead architectural reviews for reliability and drive continuous improvement from incidents
