Accounting and Taxation Professional:

This role involves providing financial management and accounting services to clients, including preparation of accurate financial statements, tax returns, and other compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial records in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring timely completion and accuracy.
  • Reconcile general ledger accounts and investigate variances to ensure financial integrity.
  • Manage direct and indirect tax compliance, including income tax, TDS, GST, etc.
  • Prepare and review tax returns, ensuring timely submissions and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate with external consultants and authorities for tax assessments and filings.
  • Implement and monitor internal controls to ensure compliance and risk mitigation.
  • Assist in ensuring proper documentation and compliance with transfer pricing regulations if required.
  • Prepare audit schedules and respond to auditor queries.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA)
  • Experience: 2-3 years post-qualification experience in a similar role.
  • Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation laws, and auditing standards.
  • Tools: Proficient in MS Excel, Tally, SAP or other ERP systems.
  • Soft Skills: Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
